Private Lessons for Beginners & Pregnancy Yoga:

One to one lessons are a great way to help you work towards your personal goals as we work together to develop your yoga practice. As a beginner we can further explore key poses, meditation, breathing techniques, designed and tailored to your needs. For pregnancy yoga we will also explore comfortable poses, breathing, relaxation techniques, moving in gentle and nourishing ways.

Mindful Breathing & Techniques

Nourish your mind through your breath. Sometimes we may forget the wonders of breath work alone. These twenty-minute sessions will allow you to create some space to connect with your breath as we work through techniques suited to your needs. Through breathing, gentle upper body exercises, mantras and more, these sessions are a great way to help you develop a practice you may then wish to incorporate into your daily life. Help relax the mind, body, improve sleep, reduce stress and general well-being. These sessions are also great for ‘mum’s to be’ especially in their very early stages of pregnancy and beyond.
